Flows under the limit are read straight from Genesys' execution data. For bigger flows, a small data action you import sends the variable values to this page while your test call runs.

Your OAuth secret is used once and never stored. Trace snapshots live in memory and expire; you can delete them at any time.

1 Trace a flow of any size

Import one data action into Genesys Cloud, add it to your flow where you want to see variables, then place a test call. No Genesys credentials are needed for this part.

I understand NethraCX keeps my email, company, and (for credentialed checks) my org name and region so it can follow up; never my credentials. Variable values sent to the trace are held in memory only and expire. The tool is provided as-is, so use a test org or test flow first.

2 Check your flows with an OAuth client

Create an OAuth client (Client Credentials grant) with a read-only role: . Then find which flows are near the 350 limit, which variables look deletable, or watch a test call and read the execution data Genesys did keep.
